I take great care in crafting these to the highest standard so that every reed sold is a reed which I would be comfortable playing in a professional orchestra!
All reeds are made using the Herzberg shape and profile and are play-tested multiple times to ensure an even pitch, smooth response, and consistent tone across the entire range of the bassoon.

*No more wasted plastic reed vials. - Reeds come in assorted thread colors, but if you have a color request, please note that on the order form and I will do my best!
Please soak newly received reeds for 5-10 minutes before the first use to ensure the reed is fully re-hydrated from shipping.
